Studio Plus Memphis - Cordova

Stayed there for 3 nights. The staff was very helpful with printing business documents and local recommendations. Got a room for two with a sleeper sofa. The room was quiet and safe. The area is terrific. The rooms are indoors, which I always look for. If you're looking for a safe, cheap location; this is the hotel for you. If you want something fresh and new, look somewhere else. I wouldn't bring my wife here, but I just wanted a hotel where I could park my car safely and sleep in a clean bed. The room was dirty, the hotel smelled, I didn't even stay the full night because the room was just too shabby. This hotel was a 2 star but it is less than a 1 star quality. I was very disappointed. I paid to much for it. ...read more

The room was very smoky even thought it was a non-smoking room.

This hotel is not clean and the room had strong smoking smell even though the hotel staff said it is a non smoking room. This is a cheap motel.

I was disappointed with the stains on the couch, the lack of any workable exercise equipment, and the lack of shampoo/conditioner provided. The staff was really nice.
